INTEGRAL BUSINESS SERVICE (IBS) is a Croatian real estate agency, based in Split, in which business operates more than 18 years, in which time the Agency has developed in parallel with the creation of the formal real estate market in Croatia.

MISSION

To Agency IBS each property, especially someone's home, as well as each client has its own unique DNA, so every of our agents are behaving by this principle.

Each home is outstanding for himself, unlike any other, the same as every buyer and every seller, who are equally incomparable and highly individual.

This way of thinking is approach to working with our customers.

Our agents do not only constitute real estate listings, and lists of clients that we represent, we are trying to introduce and understand every home and every client, to meet the objectives of our customers, their needs, tastes and interests, and harmonize the same.
Our agents have a passion for fine architecture, know property-legal problems of the real estate market, with specific knowledge of the local areas.
